These types lead with the bodily sense of inteligence. There is a sense of action to these types.
Body Types
Type 8 the Protector
The Eight is a forceful, assertive personality, often driven by a desire to protect themselves and others. The Eight’s strength is a gift, but one that can at times harden into a desire for control and dominance. The Eight’s spiritual journey is one of learning to soften, to let go of the need for power, and to open themselves to vulnerability. Only in this way can they experience true strength, which is not about control but about surrender.
Type 9 The Mediator
The Nine seeks peace and harmony, often avoiding conflict and personal assertion. Nine’s desire for inner peace is a spiritual gift, but one that can lead to complacency or disengagement from life’s challenges. The Nine’s spiritual path involves awakening to the fullness of life, accepting both its joys and its struggles, and learning to assert their own voice in the world.
Type 1 The Perfectionist
The One is driven by an inner sense of order and justice. This person is deeply aware of what is right and wrong and is often in a state of striving toward moral and ethical perfection. The struggle with the self's tendency to be rigid and self-critical, which often leads to frustration. However, the One's true path to growth lies in recognizing that perfection is not is imperfection and beyond the construct of right and wrong.

Perceive the world through the heart seeking contact and connection. Looking for love and approval.
Heart Types
Type 4 The Romantic
The Four is a seeker of identity, often caught between a longing for uniqueness and a deep sense of incompleteness seeing differences and comparisons. The Four’s journey is one of realizing that their true identity lies not in their emotional experience or artistic expression, but in their recognition of the unity of all . Four’s challenge as a struggle with melancholy and a desire for something unattainable. Their longing can open up to the present through all 3 centers and experience the divine through unity.
Type 2 the Giver
The Two is deeply attuned to the needs of others, often losing sight of their own desires in the process. Two’s self-sacrificial nature as both a gift and a burden. Their calling is to be a vessel of divine love, yet they must be careful not to seek validation through others’ approval. The Two’s journey would be one of learning to love themselves as they are, without needing to prove their worth through giving to others.
Type 3 The Achiever
The Three seeks success, recognition, and achievement. This is a manifestation of the human need to find meaning in external accomplishments and be identified with them, yet would encourage the Three to look beyond surface-level success. Three's spiritual challenge lies in recognizing the outward achievements may not fulfill them as much as their inner desires that come from a truth that is inside them.

Seeking certainty through thinking. There is a sense of planning caution with a shade of fear.
Head types
Type 5 The Observer
The Five is a seeker of knowledge and understanding, often retreating into their mind to find clarity and distance from the world. They have the tendency to rely too heavily on the intellect, at the cost of deeper emotional and relational engagement. Five's spiritual journey is to move beyond mere intellectual understanding and to cultivate a deeper, more intuitive connection with source of all.
Type 6 The Loyal Skeptic
The Six is deeply concerned with security, safety, certainty, and loyalty, often wrestling with anxiety and doubt. Six’s tendency to seek certainty in external sources, while true peace and safety is found with in. Sixes are someone who is constantly seeking guidance but is called to recognize that ultimate security comes from faith in the unfoldment of life and trusting ones own path.
Type 7 The Epicurean
The Seven is a seeker of new experiences and adventures, often avoiding pain and discomfort through distractions. Seven’s are searching for joy but often missing the deeper, more lasting satisfaction that comes from inner peace and contemplation to avoid pain. The Seven's spiritual journey involves learning to be present in the moment, accepting life’s difficulties, and seeking joy not in external experiences. J
